FRIENDS OF FORT TOWNSEND PREPARE PARK FOR SUMMER

Remember when your favorite aunt was coming for a visit--lots of vacuuming, dusting, polishing. Friends of Fort Townsend are getting ready for visits on April 1 st from our camping guests at the gem next door--Fort Townsend State Park. We will be cleaning up the campground for them on Saturday, March 14 th beginning at 9am. Jobs include cleaning off park tables, piling up branches for pick up, and generally making the campsites inviting. Come and lend a hand. You will need gloves and a rake. Thisproject is a great help to our Ranger Patty. And a good way to meet more Friends of Fort Townsend.
